Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing the organization's strategic financial vision, providing financial insights to inform business decisions, and promoting long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver detailed financial analysis to identify opportunities to reduce costs or increase revenue, and ensure timely and accurate production of financial statements and reports.
  • Lead the finance team to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee cash flow management to fulfill financial commitments and support growth strategies, and build and maintain strong relationships with third-party providers.
  • Act as the company's primary financial spokesperson, communicating performance and strategy to partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field.
  • CPA strongly preferred, with Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer in the construction sector, with a proven track record of implementing strategic financial growth plans for companies with annual revenue streams of $100M and above.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to train and develop high-performing finance functions.
