Job Summary:

GardaWorld Security Services US is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of security personnel to ensure they are performing their duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective security protocols to prevent and respond to security incidents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of security services with other business operations.
  • Provide training and coaching to security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct investigations and incident reports as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of security incidents and operations.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent (GED)
  • At least 2 years of supervisor experience in a security-related field
  • State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings
  • Valid California drivers license and a clean motor vehicle record
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
