About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to join our high-performing, fast-growing Talent Acquisition team. As the Director of Talent Acquisition and Strategy, you'll create and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top clinical talent. Your mission is to identify key talent needs, address gaps through innovative strategies, and foster an environment of continuous learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize recruitment processes and drive proactive talent planning.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with schools, residency programs, and training institutions to create a continuous pipeline of clinical talent.
  • Implement innovative talent pipeline programs and maintain a robust physician recruiting strategy.
  • Develop and execute the Talent Acquisition roadmap, including cutting-edge process design and tools.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and continuously seek feedback to optimize recruitment processes.
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in human resources, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven expertise in clinical talent acquisition and strategic planning.
  • A willingness to work California hours 5 days a week (9-5 PST would be standard business hours).
