Job Opportunity

Bemana, LLC is seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Laredo, TX. As a key player in the industrial motor sales and service space, we service customers across the Southwest, including metal recycling, mining, manufacturing, and more.

This role involves maintaining and developing business opportunities, driving sales expansion, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, delivering product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth.
  • Provide technical assistance and product education to customers, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their needs.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team and vendor support personnel to develop strategies and share knowledge.
  • Identify customer needs and requirements to accurately quote products and services.
  • Prospect new opportunities from both new and existing accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or 5 years of job-related experience.
  • Superior written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and client management software.
  • Proven experience as an outside sales representative.
  • Experience with electric motors, controls, and field service work is preferred.
