We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining close communication with existing accounts or leads to enhance brand awareness, offer educational opportunities, and seek referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Maintain close communication with existing accounts or leads to enhance brand awareness, offer educational opportunities, and seek referrals.
  • Customer Support: Respond to client calls and emails, identify issues, and propose new products or services.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new sales leads through initial phone calls or emails.

Requirements:

  • Energetic individuals who enjoy working in a lively environment and engaging with people daily via phone and virtual meetings.
  • High School diploma required; a degree in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus.
  • Practical experience with various sales techniques.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to be coached.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.
