About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Powell Watson Automotive Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and implement our dealership's sales process to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Own every aspect of the sales process, from initial customer contact to vehicle delivery, to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Presentation and demonstration of our inventory to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of each vehicle.
- Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
- Prepare and review monthly sales plans with sales leadership to ensure alignment with dealership goals.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, as measured by our Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units sold.
- Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification requirements to ensure expertise and knowledge.
- Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to effectively manage customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Experience, education, and prior sales training are highly valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
