  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and processing donations, to ensure that stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to retail staff on sales techniques, customer service, and store operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Language: Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
