Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Leland Management. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service to our residents and support the day-to-day operations of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Community Association Manager and other staff members as needed.
  • Assist residents with various community activities and events, including scheduling, coordination, and communication.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including resident information, work orders, and community events.
  • Coordinate and implement community programs and services, including resident orientations, community events, and volunteer opportunities.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of community newsletters and other communications.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones, taking messages, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist with the maintenance of community facilities and equipment, including the clubhouse, pools, and other amenities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Knowledge of community association management software and systems.
  • Certifications in CPR and AED, and Notary Public.
