Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service/Contract Administrator to join our team at Toyota of Clermont. As a key member of our Customer Service Delivery department, you will be responsible for preparing and disclosing legal and financial documents to customers, submitting credit applications, and ensuring timely and accurate paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers to prepare and disclose all legal and financial documents related to vehicle sales or leases.
  • Submit customer applications for credit to automotive financial companies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Familiarize customers with the controls of their new vehicle and physically deliver the vehicle at the end of the sales process.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Requirements:

  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) candidates preferred.
  • No experience necessary, but a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
