We are seeking a Hope & Healing Facilitator, a field-based position responsible for ensuring safety, permanency, and well-being goals for children and families.

Job Description

The Hope & Healing Facilitator works in partnership with children, families, caregivers, and other stakeholders to achieve permanency, safety, and well-being. This role involves facilitating and/or coordinating parent-child and sibling visitations as required and/or requested. The facilitator will engage caregivers through clear communication regarding their role and process, co-facilitate TBRI Caregiver Groups, and coordinate and communicate regularly with Permanency Primers and Case Management team about supervised parent-child and sibling visitation, placement stability, and child well-being.

The ideal candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills, strong assessment skills related to risk and safety, and the ability to learn and develop the skill of listening/observing and hearing/seeing the need behind the behavior when a stakeholder in their space is dysregulated.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The Hope & Healing Facilitator must hold a Child Welfare Certified Professional (CWCP) credential and uphold the FCB Code of Ethical and Professional Conduct. A Bachelor's degree in social work or a related area of study is preferred. Two years of post-full CWCP credential experience is required. The candidate should be able to adapt technical skills to navigate software such as Teams, SharePoint, and FSFN.
