Business Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Support Coordinator to join our team in Ewing, NJ. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to our National Corporate Transactions team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.
About the Role
As a Business Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and reviewing legal documents, as well as processing requests and answering questions from internal and external customers. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication and collaboration. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing multiple client portfolios and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in a business-to-business customer service or administrative capacity* Strong research skills and ability to analyze complex information* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively* Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, and other relevant software* Salesforce experience is a plus* Must be eligible to work without sponsorship* Time on-site or time zone may be necessary based on business need* Estimated salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
