What You'll Do

As a Program Director at Center for Family Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our SVS Program. This includes recruiting, selecting, coaching, supervising, and assessing Therapeutic and Supportive Visitation Specialists and Regional Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Oversight
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve program outcomes
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution
  • Staff Supervision
    • Recruit, select, and develop high-performing staff
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure staff success
  • Data Collection and Reporting
    • Collect and analyze data to inform program decisions
    • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a Master's degree in social work or a related field and at least 5 years of experience providing mental health services, including 2 years of supervisory experience. A valid professional license (LPC, LCSW) is also required.
