Overview

Job Description:
  • Responsibilities
    • Recruit, select, coach, supervise, and assess Therapeutic and Supportive Visitation Specialists and Regional Coordinators
    • Provide clinical oversight and supervision of the visitation staff
    • Collect and report SVS data
    • Participate in various CQI activities
    • Attend meetings and deliver presentations
  • Core Activities
    • Ongoing assessment
    • Visitation
    • Aftercare (post-reunification support)
    • Transportation
    • Documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a Master's degree in social work or a related field and at least 5 years of experience providing mental health services, including 2 years of supervisory experience. A valid professional license (LPC, LCSW) is also required.
