Kinship Program Case Manager Job Summary:

The Bilingual Social Service Specialist I will provide case management and support services to kinship families in New Jersey. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in social work, psychology, or a related field.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated professional with at least three years of experience working in an accredited social service agency. You must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits with kinship families to assess their needs and provide necessary resources.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support family stability and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using electronic databases such as 211, Evolv, and Salesforce.
