Role Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be stationed at our front desk, managing a computer-based multiline switchboard, welcoming clients and visitors, and assisting with various clerical duties. This role requires full-time presence in the office during standard business hours.
Key Duties Include:
- Coordinating deliveries with various courier services.
- Handling the filing and retrieval of documents for state agencies.
- Operating a multiline switchboard system efficiently.
- Responding to incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Welcoming clients and visitors warmly.
- Receiving legal documents on behalf of clients.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail accurately.
- Assisting with bulk mail projects.
- Managing office supply inventory.
- Supporting tax and audit projects as needed.
- Performing additional clerical tasks as required.
- Maintaining professional communication with clients and colleagues.
