Role Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be stationed at our front desk, managing a computer-based multiline switchboard, welcoming clients and visitors, and assisting with various clerical duties. This role requires full-time presence in the office during standard business hours.

Key Duties Include:

  • Coordinating deliveries with various courier services.
  • Handling the filing and retrieval of documents for state agencies.
  • Operating a multiline switchboard system efficiently.
  • Responding to incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Welcoming clients and visitors warmly.
  • Receiving legal documents on behalf of clients.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail accurately.
  • Assisting with bulk mail projects.
  • Managing office supply inventory.
  • Supporting tax and audit projects as needed.
  • Performing additional clerical tasks as required.
  • Maintaining professional communication with clients and colleagues.
