Position Details:

This role is based in our office, where you will manage a computer-based multiline switchboard, warmly greet clients and visitors, and assist with various clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate deliveries with multiple courier services.
  • Handle document delivery, filing, and retrieval for state agencies.
  • Operate a multiline switchboard efficiently.
  • Respond to incoming calls professionally and direct them as needed.
  • Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor.
  • Receive legal documents on behalf of clients.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail accurately.
  • Assist with bulk mail projects.
  • Help manage office supply inventory.
  • Support tax and special audit initiatives.
  • Perform additional clerical tasks as required.
  • Maintain courteous and professional communication with clients and colleagues.

Candidate Profile:

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, demonstrating attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
