Position Details:
This role is based in our office, where you will manage a computer-based multiline switchboard, warmly greet clients and visitors, and assist with various clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate deliveries with multiple courier services.
- Handle document delivery, filing, and retrieval for state agencies.
- Operate a multiline switchboard efficiently.
- Respond to incoming calls professionally and direct them as needed.
- Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor.
- Receive legal documents on behalf of clients.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail accurately.
- Assist with bulk mail projects.
- Help manage office supply inventory.
- Support tax and special audit initiatives.
- Perform additional clerical tasks as required.
- Maintain courteous and professional communication with clients and colleagues.
Candidate Profile:
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, demonstrating attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a friendly and professional approach to client interactions.
