Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solutions Architect to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the integration of Vaultree's cutting-edge Data-In-Use Encryption solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert technical guidance, and ensure successful deployment of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to conduct technical discovery sessions, translating their requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Support the sales team by providing technical insights and assistance during the pre-sales process.
  • Deliver live demonstrations of our technology, showcasing its capabilities and benefits to potential customers.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to facilitate client understanding.
  • Customize presentations and demonstrations to align with the specific needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and enhance customer experiences.
  • Effectively relay client requirements to our customer success and product teams for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and team members effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or Pre-Sales Engineer in an Enterprise Software environment.
  • Strong background in data management and cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with encryption technologies and relational database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server).
  • Proficient in system integration and API implementation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Passion for data privacy and a commitment to enhancing customer value through innovative solutions.
