Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Architect to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and supporting the integration of Vaultree's Data-In-Use Encryption solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with customers to grasp their requirements, offer technical guidance, and ensure the successful deployment of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to conduct technical discovery sessions, translating their processes into actionable insights.
- Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during prospect engagements.
- Deliver live demonstrations of our encryption technology, showcasing its capabilities to potential customers.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Customize presentations and demonstrations to align with client needs, participating in events and webinars as required.
- Foster collaboration across teams to enhance customer experience and provide valuable feedback.
- Document client requirements and communicate them effectively to our customer success and product teams.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English and additional languages being advantageous.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or Pre-Sales Engineer in an Enterprise Software environment.
- Strong background in data management and cybersecurity.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to build robust customer relationships.
- Familiarity with encryption technologies and standard RDBMS systems.
- Proficient in system integration and API implementation.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a complex technical sales landscape.
