Regional Business Development Leader

Rinker Materials is seeking a results-driven Regional Business Development Leader to lead our sales efforts in expanding market share and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Built strong relationships with key customers, contractors, distributors, and other stakeholders in the region.
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent sales experience.
- Three - five years of experience in the concrete pipe, box, and precast industry required.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive pay, 401k match, paid vacation, holidays, employee discounts, and more.
