Regional Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Koalafi. As a key contributor to our sales strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new business prospects across the Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska territory.
Your primary focus will be on meeting or exceeding established sales budgets, strategic goals, and key performance indicators. You will also act as the company's primary liaison with retail customers, delivering sales and training presentations and maintaining a touch plan for retail customers and their key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience is required, with a proven track record in new business development and account management.
This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary range of $105,000-$140,000 per annum, plus commission. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development within our innovative and dynamic company culture.
