Job Summary

Lynkx Staffing LLC is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team in Allendale, NJ. As a key member of our Life Sciences team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient capacity utilization of site resources to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet customer demands and drive business growth.
  • Partner with support functions to deliver on customer expectations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage client projects at the site and deliver results within project scope, agreed timelines, and contract requirements.
  • Oversee the management of client projects, including planning, scheduling, manufacture, and delivery.
  • Ensure manufacturing documentation is closed out in a timely manner in accordance with applicable regulations and per contract.
  • Develop and maintain a mechanism to work with clients to troubleshoot problems, suggest improvements, and determine value-add projects.
  • Ensure a safe work environment for employees and maintain a clean, validated state of manufacturing space in compliance with company procedures, GMP, and applicable regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new associates and cross-train existing staff to ensure proficiency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with support groups, including supply chain, training, quality systems, and business development, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Set team expectations and goals, and deliver business direction for the PPU, ensuring compliance with budget and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with PPU leadership and team meetings to determine PPU strategy development and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or Chemical Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a cGMP environment, with aseptic processing, mammalian cell culture, cell processing, and cryopreservation experience.
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience or equivalent combination of experience.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to company growth and evolving responsibilities.
  • Integrity, accountability, and strong dedication to regulatory compliance.
