Position Overview:
We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Projects Specialist to ensure the precise and timely execution of Commerce Marketing strategies.

This essential role is integral to our overarching Brand and Commerce Marketing annual objectives, targeting specific brands, customers, and regions. The focus will be on point of sale (POS) materials, brand collateral, and defined digital assets/media/platforms.

As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate with various departments including Commerce Marketing, Brand Management, Compliance, Creative, Finance, Sales, and External Vendors to facilitate the development, deployment, planning, and communication of Commerce and Brand initiatives.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing the production and distribution of all POS materials, overseeing the annual national strategy for all brands within the business unit(s), and acting as a subject matter expert throughout the creative process.

You will liaise closely with external vendors, maintain effective communication with business partners, and provide strategic guidance to brand teams in alignment with brand and commerce goals.

We seek an individual who can offer insights based on the advantages and disadvantages of various solutions, serve as a cross-functional liaison to enhance process improvement projects, and uphold database accuracy regarding POS deployment.

Your capability to leverage both internal and external vendor resources to transform a POS item, digital asset, or collateral from concept to execution will be crucial to our success.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, sales, creative services, finance, operations, or supply chain, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility; OR a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of Gallo-specific project management or sales experience; OR 7 years of relevant experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience in consumer and retail shopper product marketing.
- Willingness to travel 1-2 times a year.
- Proven ability to address common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community members.
- Customer-focused with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for onboarding, training, meetings, and events, up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
