The Junior Business Operations Manager will drive profitability by supporting the marketing and sales teams in understanding consumer insights and compiling analytical reports that outline strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service, as these skills are highly transferable. We are seeking a Junior Business Operations Manager who demonstrates strong consulting skills in research, analysis, presentation, and meticulous attention to detail. This role requires the ability to lead teams with a solid work ethic and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for enhancement, devise strategies, and implement business initiatives to boost brand visibility.
- Develop and present actionable plans to execute the proposed changes.
- Establish new business prospects and nurture existing client relationships to enhance customer retention.
- Analyze campaign metrics and propose innovative methods, procedures, or organizational adjustments to elevate customer satisfaction.
- Support the Marketing and Sales Managers by providing leadership, training, and mentorship to the marketing team.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure that marketing and sales reports align with company and client revenue objectives.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- 0-2 years of consulting experience.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills and team leadership capabilities.
- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
