Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated individuals with outstanding interpersonal abilities to support clients in exploring repayment alternatives for their unsecured debts. The Collections Specialist will foster rapport and trust with clients and external parties to negotiate and uphold repayment agreements. Prior experience in collections is not a prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients through phone communication to address outstanding payments.
  • Develop trustworthy relationships with clients.
  • Facilitate negotiations for payment arrangements with external entities.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Accurately update client information in the database.
  • Uphold professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Positive demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable and self-driven.
  • Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
  • Capability to manage high-pressure scenarios.
  • Proficient in computer usage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a call center environment.
  • Background in debt collections (bilingual candidates are encouraged).
  • Familiarity with legal regulations related to collections.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday with flexible shifts.
