Key responsibilities encompass a variety of tasks such as evaluating installation design packages, constructing Bills of Materials (BOMs), drafting subcontracting Statements of Work (SOWs), overseeing the change order process, and reviewing or creating daily, weekly, and monthly Task Order reports. Additionally, this position requires collaboration with project managers and site leads to ensure the timely delivery of Level of Effort (LOE) and necessary documentation.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Collecting data and aiding in the preparation of bid proposal estimates and the development of BOM spreadsheets.
- Analyzing Installation Drawing Packages to formulate BOMs.
- Developing, reviewing, and submitting Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
- Managing the Change Order Process effectively.
- Uploading essential documentation in MODTracker and SharePoint.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in spreadsheet development, document management, financial analysis, data collection, understanding milestone schedules, arranging travel, and processing security-related documentation.
  • At least 1 year of experience within a Department of Defense (DOD) or DOD Contractor organization.
  • Familiarity with electrical equipment, materials, and specifications.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting Installation Drawing Packages.
  • Experience with contract documents including drawings, subcontracts, addendums, specifications, and change orders.
  • Ability to perform complex estimating tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Strong clerical skills with a typing speed of 65 to 75 words per minute.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality work with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve common objectives.
  • Stable employment history is essential; successful completion of a background check is required.
Experience:

4 years of experience in a related field.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Certifications/Licenses: A valid Driver's License.

Additional Desired Skills:
  • Active secret security clearance is preferred.
  • This position supports a U.S. Government Contract requiring staffing exclusively with U.S. Citizens.
  • Willingness to travel to various work sites may be necessary.
