Job Title: Maximo EAM Program Manager / Delivery Manager

Job Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)

Job Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned Program / Delivery Manager to spearhead the implementation of the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) across various client locations. This pivotal role will involve managing several IT workstreams, collaborating with internal teams, and leading a global workforce to ensure a successful technical rollout. The Program Manager will be responsible for achieving project goals related to asset management, work management, and other critical modules while adhering to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the comprehensive deployment of the latest IBM Maximo MAS version throughout the client organization.
  • Formulate and sustain the program roadmap, ensuring it aligns with overarching business objectives.
  • Act as the main liaison for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead a global team to fulfill all contractual commitments, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with integration stakeholders to effectively manage resources, budgets, and schedules.
  • Facilitate ongoing communication and reporting to senior management regarding program status, risks, and challenges.
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are aligned with the program's goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute strategies to address potential risks that may affect project success.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure deliverables meet established quality standards.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and resolve any issues related to changes.

Required Skills:

  • 8-10 years of experience in IT Project / Program management, with a minimum of 3 years managing large-scale enterprise implementations in the hospitality sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise with IBM Maximo MAS, particularly in asset management modules.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a talent for motivating and guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on delivering solutions that fulfill business requirements.
