Job Title: Maximo EAM Program Manager / Delivery Manager

Job Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly qualified and seasoned Program / Delivery Manager to spearhead the implementation of the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) across various client locations. This role is pivotal in managing several IT workstreams at client sites, collaborating with internal teams, and supervising a global workforce for the technical rollout. The Program Manager will ensure that the project fulfills its goals related to asset management, work management, and other critical modules while adhering to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the comprehensive deployment of the latest version of IBM Maximo MAS throughout the client organization.
  2. Develop and sustain the program roadmap, ensuring it aligns with strategic business objectives.
  3. Act as the primary liaison for the client and internal stakeholders.
  4. Lead a global team to fulfill all contractual commitments, deliverables, and timelines.
  5. Coordinate with integration stakeholders to effectively manage resources, budgets, and schedules.
  6. Facilitate consistent communication and reporting to senior leadership regarding program status, risks, and challenges.
  7. Ensure stakeholder expectations are met and aligned with the program's goals.
  8. Identify, evaluate, and manage risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle.
  9. Formulate and implement mitigation strategies to address potential risks that could affect the project's success.
  10. Conduct regular assessments to ensure that deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  11. Monitor post-implementation performance and resolve any issues related to changes.

Required Skills:

  • 8-10 years of experience in IT Project / Program management, with a minimum of 3 years managing large-scale enterprise implementations within the hospitality sector.
  • Demonstrated experience with IBM Maximo MAS, including modules such as asset management.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on delivering solutions that meet business requirements.
