Job Title: Maximo EAM Program Manager / Delivery Manager

Job Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)

Position Overview:

We are in search of a proficient and seasoned Program / Delivery Manager to spearhead the implementation of the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) across various client environments. This position will emphasize the management of diverse IT workstreams, liaising with internal partners, and supervising a global team for the technical rollout. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the project achieves its goals related to asset management, work management, and other critical modules while adhering to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct the comprehensive deployment of the latest version of IBM Maximo MAS throughout the client organization.
  • Formulate and sustain the program roadmap, ensuring it aligns with overarching business objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the client and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead a global team to fulfill all contractual commitments, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with integration stakeholders to effectively manage resources, budgets, and schedules.
  • Facilitate ongoing communication and reporting to senior management regarding program status, risks, and challenges.
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are met and aligned with the program's goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage risks and challenges throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute mitigation strategies to address potential risks that could affect the project's success.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure that deliverables meet established quality standards.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and resolve any issues related to changes.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT Project / Program management, with at least 3 years of experience overseeing large-scale enterprise implementations within the hospitality sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise with IBM Maximo MAS, including modules such as asset management.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on delivering solutions that fulfill business requirements.
