Job Overview:
We are in search of a proficient and seasoned Program / Delivery Manager to spearhead the implementation of the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) across various client locations. This position will emphasize the management of several IT workstreams, liaising with internal partners, and supervising a global team for the technical rollout. The Program Manager will guarantee that the project fulfills its goals related to asset management, work management, and other critical modules while adhering to industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the comprehensive deployment of the latest version of IBM Maximo MAS throughout the client organization.
- Craft and sustain the program roadmap, ensuring it aligns with strategic business objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison for the client and internal stakeholders.
- Lead a global team to fulfill all contractual commitments, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate with integration stakeholders to effectively manage resources, budgets, and schedules.
- Facilitate consistent communication and reporting to senior leadership regarding program status, risks, and challenges.
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and aligned with the program's objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks that could affect the project's success.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure that deliverables meet the necessary quality standards.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and address any issues related to change.
Required Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in IT Project / Program management, with a minimum of 3 years managing large-scale enterprise implementations in the hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated experience with IBM Maximo MAS, including modules such as asset management.
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on delivering solutions that address business needs.
