Job Description:

*Sets up and configures Maximo according to the InSITE requirements.

*Customizes forms, fields, workflows, and reports.

*Creates and manages user accounts, roles, and security groups to ensure that users have appropriate access to the system.

*Manages permissions for accessing different modules and functionalities within InSITE.

*Leads the input, maintenance, and integrity of data within Maximo including managing asset records, work orders, inventory, and other critical data that the system tracks.

*Performs regular maintenance tasks, applies patches, and manages upgrades to the Maximo software to ensure it remains up-to-date, secure, and functioning optimally.

*Provides training and supports end-users to ensure they understand how to use InSITE effectively.

*Creates training materials and offering ongoing support to resolve issues.

*Develops and manages reports and dashboards to provide insights into asset management, maintenance activities, and performance metrics using Maximo's reporting tools.

*Monitors the system's performance, identifies bottlenecks or issues, and implements optimizations to improve efficiency, usability, and performance.

*Regularly backup Maximo data and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss in case of system failures.

*Ensures that the InSITE system and its data handling practices comply with relevant regulations and security standards. Manages audits, access controls, and data privacy measures.

E ducation/Experience:

(2 +BA/BS or 1+MA/MS) or (4 +AA) or (6+No Degree)

*5+ years of relevant experience as developer to configure Maximo systems to meet client requirements end-to-end implementation / rollouts from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance including testing, to delivery and maintenance of the system.

*Proficient on Data Flow design, Data Mapping and Functional & Technical Documentations.

*Experience in Design, Build, Configure & Customize applications to meet business process and application requirements.

*Expertise on Configure (Maximo Migration Manager, Workflow Designer, Application Designer, BIRT reports and Database Configuration) / build as per requirement

*Data load / create data in Maximo using application import/export functionality

*Experience of Integration setup with External system using JMS and Web services, Rest API

Skills & Technology Used:

*IBM Maximo Asset Manager and family of products

*Project Management & team leadership skills desired for growth.

Certification(s):

8750 DoD Certification

Clearance:

Secret.
