Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at ManTech. As a key member of our Federal Civilian Sector, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships within the Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate new and existing customer relationships to develop business and visibility within DOS and USAID.
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of ManTech's capabilities, technology, and business objectives.
  • Design and execute creative and differentiated growth strategies and customer engagements.
  • Identify, qualify, and support the capture of new business for the Foreign Affairs Division.
  • Conduct introductory and ongoing briefings with various Bureau and Office leadership and management teams.
  • Maintain business relationships with other industry partners to facilitate teaming and thorough awareness of the competitive market.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience selling technology services to the Federal Government as a Federal Systems Integrator.
  • Experience building and maintaining sales pipelines that consistently achieve sufficiency targets.
  • Demonstrated experience developing business to and strong relationships within DOS, including knowledge of Bureau missions.
  • Strong reputation within the DOS community with a mix of direct program experience coupled with direct experience in the realm of Federal business development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience winning opportunities as a prime Federal Systems Integrator contractor, greater than $100M.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.
Clearance Requirement

Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
