Position: Customer Service Representative - Overnight (4x10)

Department: Customer Service

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative focusing on alarm monitoring, you will play a vital role in our mission to safeguard lives and properties. Your responsibilities will include responding to and resolving emergency situations, ensuring that customers are informed and supported during critical moments.

Training: No prior industry experience is required. We offer a comprehensive 4-week paid training program designed to equip you with the skills necessary to manage emergency alarms and follow established protocols effectively.

COVID-19 Vaccination: As essential personnel, you will be eligible for the COVID-19 Vaccination as part of the designated phases for public safety communications workers.

Shift Details: The overnight shifts available include 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 10:00 PM to 8:30 AM, or 11:00 PM to 9:30 AM, operating on a rotating schedule of 4 shifts per week. 5x8 schedules are also an option.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage security alarm emergencies for residential and commercial properties.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications with customers and relevant authorities.
  • Deliver attentive customer service and empathetic support with a sense of urgency.
  • Adhere to company protocols and procedures diligently.
  • Stay updated on new policies and training materials.
  • Complete all required training sessions successfully.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree, military experience, or 2+ years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Strong computer, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain necessary security licenses in all required states (the company will assist with this process).
