Position: Customer Service Representative - Overnight (4x10)

Department: Customer Service

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative focused on alarm monitoring, you will play a vital role in our mission to safeguard lives and property. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to and resolve emergency situations, ensuring that our customers feel supported and informed during critical moments.

Training: No prior industry experience is required, as we offer comprehensive paid training over four weeks in a collaborative environment. This training will equip you with the essential skills to manage emergency alarms and follow necessary protocols effectively.

Health and Safety: Employees are eligible for the COVID-19 Vaccination as part of the essential workforce in public safety communications.

Shift Details: The overnight shifts available include various schedules, operating on a rotating basis of four shifts per week. Alternative 5x8 schedules are also an option.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage security alarm emergencies for residential and commercial properties.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications with customers and relevant authorities.
  • Deliver attentive customer service and empathetic support with a sense of urgency.
  • Adhere to company protocols and procedures.
  • Stay updated on new policies and training materials.
  • Complete all required training successfully.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree, military experience, or a minimum of two years in a customer service role.
  • Strong computer, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain necessary security licenses in all required states.
