Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist within our Service Center. This position involves delivering pre-sale and post-sale assistance to clients, including guidance on product ordering, availability, and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, assisting them in finding local service providers and addressing their inquiries.
  • Handle all customer communications through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and written correspondence.
  • Aid customers in troubleshooting connectivity issues and navigating websites or mobile applications.
  • Report customer-related challenges to management and suggest areas for enhancement.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Engage in departmental projects and participate in agent training programs.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service environment, with troubleshooting experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools such as CRM software and telephony systems (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Capability to manage 75-90 customer interactions daily while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical abilities, emphasizing accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and well-organized individual capable of multitasking.

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
