Position Title: Customer Service Representative - Overnight (4x10)
Department: Customer Service
Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative focusing on alarm monitoring, you will play a vital role in our mission to safeguard lives and property. Your responsibilities will include responding to and resolving urgent situations, ensuring that customers feel supported and informed throughout the process.
Training and Development: We provide comprehensive training for all new hires, equipping you with the necessary skills to manage emergency alarms and follow established protocols. This structured training program lasts four weeks and is conducted in a collaborative environment.
Shift Details: The overnight shifts available include various start times, operating on a rotating schedule of four shifts per week. Alternative 5x8 schedules are also an option.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage security alarm emergencies for residential and commercial properties.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with customers and relevant authorities.
- Deliver attentive customer service and empathetic support, prioritizing urgency.
- Adhere to company protocols and maintain updated knowledge of policies.
- Complete all required training sessions successfully.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree, military experience, or a minimum of two years in a customer service role.
- Strong computer skills and effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to obtain necessary security licenses in all required states.
