Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to become a part of our Customer Support team. In this position, you will deliver pre-sales and post-sales assistance to clients, including support with product inquiries, availability, and delivery logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, assisting them in finding local service providers and addressing their questions.
  • Handle all customer communications through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and written correspondence.
  • Aid customers in troubleshooting connectivity issues and navigating websites or mobile applications.
  • Report customer-related challenges to management and suggest areas for enhancement.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to effectively resolve customer concerns.
  • Participate actively in departmental projects and training programs.

Key Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment, with troubleshooting experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools such as CRM software and telephony systems.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized, capable of multitasking effectively.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
