Job Title: Packaging National Accounts Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Packaging National Accounts Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing key national accounts, driving sales growth, and developing strategic relationships with our major clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned national accounts.
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Analyze trends and results to continually improve our sales strategy.
  • Negotiate contracts and provide customers with proposals.
  • Monitor competitors and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and professional association meetings; provide feedback and information on market trends.
  • Develop and manage customer portfolios, maintain customer records, and prepare sales reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in key account management, key accounts, and national accounts.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic client relationships.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
