Key Responsibilities

This role involves performing various tasks such as maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire control, and building management systems; conducting monthly maintenance inspections; and troubleshooting and repairing facility systems. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively with facility managers, tenants, vendors, employees, and visitors, and providing recommendations/guidance on equipment upgrades and facility improvements.
