Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Property Management Administrator to join our team at Residential One LLC. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our Regional Directors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of our properties.

About the Role

This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work closely with regional teams to assess needs and gather information. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing weekly status reports, delinquency reports, and assisting with scheduling preventative maintenance inspections. Additionally, they will help assemble replacement reserve requests, gather budget information, and review monthly financial reports from site managers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in property management software and reading management reports. They should also be able to navigate multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize duties, and maintain accurate records. A background in housing with services, such as food or care for residents, is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Regional Directors to assess their needs and provide administrative support
  • Gather necessary information for owners, asset managers, compliance agencies, and other stakeholders

Requirements

Salary and Benefits
