The Susan Horak Group is seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Salary and Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Job Overview

The Residential Property Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for conducting bi-annual inspections of our 700+ properties throughout Columbia to ensure they are well-maintained and free from substantial damage.

This role requires a high level of mobility, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct property inspections to identify any potential issues or damage
  • Change HVAC filters during property visits
  • Attend City of Columbia and CHA inspections
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • College degree not required
  • Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and walk distances
  • Strong physical stamina to spend all day on feet
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in property inspections
