Business Development Representative

At Puente Hills Hyundai, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for enhancing customer experiences and fostering partnerships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within the automotive industry to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through VinSolutions and third-party leads to increase revenue and market share.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both potential and existing clients to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • The preferred candidate should have over 3 years of relevant experience in business development within the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets is a must.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are crucial for effective performance in this role.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical capabilities are key to excelling in this position.
  • Must exhibit proficiency in US Work Authorization and meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
