About the Role

As a Client Service Representative III at Canon Solutions America, Inc., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.



Main Responsibilities:

- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for reprographic equipment and other related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and equipment maintenance.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new technologies and procedures.



About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer service or technical support role, with a strong understanding of reprographic equipment and procedures.
