Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Field Service Representative III to join our team at Canon U.S.A., Inc. As a key member of our office support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing mail and packages, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Receive, sort, and deliver incoming mail and packages in a timely manner, adhering to established protocols.
  • Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail and packages, ensuring compliance with postal regulations.
  • Organize and distribute supplies to clients, verifying and logging orders upon delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized supply area.
  • Operate facsimile machines, sending and receiving faxes, and maintaining accurate logs.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed, including copying, photocopying, and faxing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a mailroom or professional office environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.
  • Physical demands include bending, reaching, lifting, and prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
