Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Field Service Representative III to join our team at Canon USA & Affiliates. As a key member of our office services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing mailroom operations, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure total customer satisfaction through proactive problem identification and resolution, and by building strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Mailroom Operations: Receive, sort, and deliver incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail and packages for dispatch.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including copying, scanning, and faxing, as well as maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience working in a mailroom or professional office environment.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in computer skills.
