Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Field Service Representative III to join our team at Canon USA & Affiliates. As a key member of our office services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing mail and packages, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure total customer satisfaction through proactive problem identification and resolution, and build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Mail and Packages: Receive, sort, and deliver incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail and packages according to postal regulations.
  • Supplies and Administration: Organize and distribute supplies, monitor inventory, and perform various administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, and scanning.
  • Additional Responsibilities: May perform other tasks as directed by the Site Manager, including setting up and maintaining client kitchen areas and conference rooms, and providing reception work.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience working in a mailroom or professional office environment.
  • Skills: Thorough knowledge of shipping procedures, ability to perform computer skills, and excellent customer service skills.
