Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure total customer satisfaction through proactive problem identification and resolution, and build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Mail and Packages: Receive, sort, and deliver incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail and packages according to postal regulations.
  • Supplies and Administration: Organize and distribute supplies, monitor inventory, and perform minor maintenance on office equipment.
  • Additional Responsibilities: May perform tasks such as setting up and maintaining client kitchens, providing reception work, and preparing reports to measure productivity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years' experience in a mailroom or professional office environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines
