Job Summary
The Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning will lead the development and implementation of organization-wide talent acquisition strategies, aligning with our people strategy and future business objectives. This leader will be responsible for developing and refining the hiring process, leveraging data-driven insights to improve recruitment efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to assess talent, negotiate, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
This is a senior leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in talent acquisition and workforce planning. The Senior Vice President will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including new employee orientation, ensuring an effective talent acquisition strategy aligned to the company's business objectives and a thoughtful and cohesive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource principles, practices, and employment law, with excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organization-wide talent acquisition strategies to support business objectives
  • Refine the hiring process to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates
  • Leverage data-driven insights to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in talent acquisition
  • Develop and manage recruitment reporting metrics and reports
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Talent Acquisition team
  • Drive best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and selection to ensure a high-quality candidate experience and talent pipeline

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in Recruiting, with experience in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to assess talent, negotiate, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong background in human resource principles, practices, and employment law
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. Martins Point Health Care offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
