Sales Representative for Wholesalers and Builders

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales activity and strategy for our greater Las Vegas, Nevada local market wholesalers and builders. This role will collaborate with key internal stakeholders across all business functions and teams to drive product awareness, service, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and increase sales and brand loyalty by calling on wholesale, plumbing, engineer partners, and builders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and profitability.
Engage with customers in the development of joint business plans to drive customer profitability and displace competitive brands.
Negotiate rebate structures and purchase agreements to drive new product specifications and growth.
Remove obstacles to sales success and build processes and tools to assist sales.
Develop, execute, and monitor business plans to achieve individual and team financial targets.
Assist with coordination and attend trade shows in regions.
Work closely with local, regional, and national teams to convert new distribution and follow up on leads.
Manage own sales budget and maintain discipline to stay within assigned sales and expense budgets.
Promote organization's products in formal presentations and meetings.
Develop new project opportunities through relationship building with quote desk, sales, and installers.
Maintain accurate relationship, product placement, and project details with updated developments within project management database (SalesForce CRM).
Timely manage and communicate across all parties to ensure successful sales implementation of programs.
Coordinate and forecast needs with internal and external stakeholders, business partners, distribution partners, and installation contractors.
Prioritize both strategic initiatives and specific sales opportunities.
Actively represent and promote LIXIL Brands to the community through hosting and attendance of local events.
Qualifications
2+ years of building materials/construction/commercial projects sales experience. Plumbing experience a bonus.
2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships internally/externally to support customer's go-to-market strategy.
Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate and formally present.
Knowledge of consultative selling processes and techniques.
Self-directed and results-oriented with a track record of improving results.
Team player, able to work in a matrix environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook and CRM tools.
