Job Title: Managing Director, Seramount Relationship Expansion Team Lead

At Royall & CO, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Director to lead our Seramount Relationship Expansion Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our partnerships with leading companies and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue & Pipeline Management: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and pipeline development, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Skilled Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations with partners to secure renewals, upsells, and new business opportunities.
  • Partner Knowledge & Engagement: Develop and maintain deep knowledge of partner priorities, needs, and goals, and use this knowledge to drive business growth and success.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, and use this information to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of Relationship Directors, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: From an accredited college or university.
  • 10-12+ years of experience: In a related field, with a proven track record of success in sales, account management, and leadership.
  • Proven team collaboration experience: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.
  • Proven staff management: Experience managing a team of direct reports, with a focus on development and growth.
  • Ability to communicate effectively: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel: Up to 30% of the time, with heavy virtual partner-facing expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional experience: In the corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion sector, or in a B-to-B membership-based content and services organization.
  • Experience managing a commercial team: Ability to manage a team of direct reports, with a focus on development and growth.
  • Analytical thinking skills: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proven negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate complex deals and agreements.
  • Demonstrated active listening skills: Ability to listen effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience building relationships: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to meet financial goals: Ability to meet or exceed financial targets and goals.
  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities: Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: $112,500 to $150,500 per year, depending on experience.
  • Discretionary bonus or incentive compensation: Eligible for bonus or incentive compensation, based on individual and organizational performance.
