Senior Transit & Rail Project Manager, BRT

WSP is a prominent organization committed to enhancing communities and fulfilling client needs through innovative solutions. We are seeking a Senior Transit & Rail Project Manager to oversee our Bus Rapid Transit initiatives across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Bus Rapid Transit projects from initial concept through to construction completion.
  • Manage projects of medium to large scale, including aspects of contract negotiation and financial planning.
  • Provide specialized knowledge and guidance on national BRT initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and contribute to relevant publications.
  • Engage in business development efforts and foster professional relationships.
  • Lead technical teams while ensuring adherence to ethical standards in decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Urban Planning.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in Transit-related projects.
  • Possession of PE or AICP certification.
  • Experience collaborating with Metro on Transit initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

WSP provides a robust benefits package, ensuring health and financial security throughout your career.

Salary Range: $150,000-$200,000
